WHAT IS "VIRGIN" HAIR?
Virgin hair is 100% human hair. It has not been relaxed, dyed, colored, bleached or chemically altered in any way. With all hair strands facing in the same direction (remy). Our curly/wavy/ kinky hair has been steamed processed for texture purposes.
WHAT IS RAW HAIR?
Raw hair is hair that has not been chemically altered in any way. The hair has not been dyed, bleached, or straightened. Our hair is collected from single donors, sanitized, hackled, wefted, washed. All of our hair is in its natural state, with the cuticle intact and aligned in the same direction. This prevents the hair from matting and tangling. Each bundle of this hair will not be identical but very similar in texture.
WHERE DOES OATH HAIR COME FROM?
Our hair is hand selected and sourced from various countries in Southeast Asia, Asia & India.
HOW MUCH HAIR IS IN EACH BUNDLE?
All hair from Oath Hair Co. is approx. 100g or between 3.3-3.7oz.
HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED?
The fullness that you desire is ultimately your decision. We suggest:
2 bundles 14”-18” for a more natural look
3 bundles 20”-30”
For a full install, you will need 3 bundles if using lengths shorter than 20″ inches.
For a glam (voluminous)look 22 inches and up, 4 bundles
For lengths 30 inches and longer, you will need 5 bundles
When using a closure: 2-3 bundles can be used for a more natural look, 3-4 bundles are recommended for a glam (voluminous) look
When using a lace frontal: 2-3 bundles can be used for a more natural look, 3-4 bundles are recommended for a glam (voluminous)
Reminder: Longer hair equals shorter weft width. Which is why more bundles are needed.
HOW LONG WILL THIS HAIR LAST?
With proper care, our virgin hair will last for 6 to 12 months
With proper care, our raw hair will last over 3 years.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
WEEKLY/BIWEEKLY:
Shampoo at least once a week
Use a shampoo no higher than pH7
Do NOT massage
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb/detangeling brush starting with the ends working your way up you scalp
Rinse thoroughly
Let air dry
DAILY MAINTENANCE:
Use minimal styling products to avoid build up
For Wavy & Curly hair
Dampen hair with a water bottle
Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp
Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls
AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT your hair
Let air dry
CAN I COLOR AND/OR BLEACH THE HAIR?
Yes. This hair can be colored, bleached, straightened, and curled. Please note once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. It is recommended that you wash and condition it regularly after coloring. Treat this hair as if it is your own. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
IS THERE A LOCATION I CAN SHOP AT?
At this time we are an online based company with NO storefront for you to make a purchase. All orders must be placed online.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us to cancel an order. If your order has not departed our facilities, we can cancel the order. Please note that you will incur a $10 restock fee.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We stand behind our product and offer a 5 day return policy. If you wear the hair and it does not meet your standards, please email us to issue a refund at support@oathhairco.com
we can not offer refunds for hair that has been chemically altered in anyway or cut in anyway. If the hair has been colored, permanently straightened or cut, we will not be able to issue a refund of any sort.
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Our hair has a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. SHIPPING
WHAT ARE YOUR AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
(1) FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We currently ships orders using USPS. Flat rate shipping requires 5-7 business for delivery after it ships. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
(2) EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY
Oath Hair Co. offers 1-2 day shipping for $25.00 and up depending on location This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge.
(3) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Oath Hair Co. ships international orders via USPS priority International. International shipments cost $35.00 for any destination worldwide and are normally received within 5-7 working days. OHC is not responsible for any fees (custom fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
