PROCESSING
All orders will be processes in 48 hours. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
SHIPPING METHODS
USPS U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS
(5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
USPS Priority Mail is used for all orders placed within the United States . You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel.
We are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges
Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. If no one is available at the address, all packages will be returned to your local post office. You must provide valid proof of ID to obtain your package.

Oath Hair Co. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent your information to any other parties.
RETURN POLICY
At Oath Hair Co. our team is fully committed to customer satisfaction. Each bundle/unit/item has been checked to ensure its quality before being sent to you. However, if you are not satisfied with our product(s) please contact our customer care team at support@oathhairco.com
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on our products, we would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within five (5) days of receipt of your order. Within the first 5 days of receipt, please email support@oathhairco.com and our customer service representatives will assist with the issue.
Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement , the hair must be in our possession to inspect and determine its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if the hair is found to be altered in any manner (brushed, colored, lifting, etc).
EXCHANGES
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange. Issues concerning length and color of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange. Hair that have been untied, washed, installed, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange so please examine each bundle while it is still tied. We recommend purchasing insurance and delivery confirmation to ensure that we receive your order.
